Location

Yew Lodge is located on the borders of West Sussex, Surrey and Kent and is within easy reach of the M25, M23, and M26/M20 motorways. Gatwick Airport is 25 minutes by taxi.

East Grinstead Railway Station (2 miles) provides regular, direct services to London Victoria and London Bridge via East Croydon (both 50 minutes). East Croydon and London Bridge provide connections to Thameslink which has direct services to North London, Luton Airport and Bedford.

Taxis are readily available from East Grinstead railway station (10 minutes journey time) or Gatwick Airport (25 minutes journey time).

 Directions by road from East Grinstead 

- Travel north out of East Grinstead, following the one-way system on the A22, following the signposts for Croydon/London. 
- Shortly after leaving the one-way system, go past Homebase on the right hand side and then at the mini-roundabout take the right hand (second) exit into Lingfield Road (which later becomes Felcourt Road). 
- Follow Lingfield Road for about 2 miles, past residential houses, down Baldwin's Hill and past Chartham Park Golf and Country Club. 
- About 200m past Chartham Park, on the left, is the turning to Yew Lodge. 
- The total journey from East Grinstead town centre to Yew Lodge is around 10 minutes.

Directions by road from Gatwick/Crawley 

- From Crawley town centre or the M23, follow the A264 to the Felbridge traffic lights and turn right onto the A22, towards East Grinstead (signposted). 
- Travel along the A22 to a mini-roundabout and take the left hand (first) exit into Lingfield Road (which later becomes Felcourt Road). 
- Follow Lingfield Road for about 2 miles, past residential houses, down Baldwin's Hill and past Chartham Park Golf and Country Club. 
- About 200m past Chartham Park, on the left, is the turning to Yew Lodge. 
- The total journey from either Gatwick airport or Crawley town centre to Yew Lodge is around 25 minutes.

Directions by road from M25

- Leave the M25 at junction 6 and follow the signs for A22 - East Grinstead/Eastbourne. 
- Keep on the A22 until you come to Blindley Heath. As you leave the village, turn left at the traffic lights and follow the road into Lingfield (signposted).
- On entering Lingfield, go across the first mini-roundabout and at the second mini-roundabout take the right hand (second) exit into East Grinstead Road (which later becomes Felcourt Road). 
- Follow this road for about 2 miles. You will pass through open countryside and then come to a row of individual houses/bungalows on either side of the road - this is Felcourt. 
- Pass through the row of houses and the turning to Yew Lodge is on the right (if you pass Chartham Park Golf and Country Club on the right, you have overshot the turning). 
- The total journey from the M25 to Yew Lodge is 15-20 minutes.
